Wrong Prices on Booking.com

My guests see an incorrect price on Booking.com, what could be the reason?

If you or your guests notice an incorrect booking price on the Booking.com frontend, please first check the prices in your Booking.com Extranet calendar.

Compare the prices shown in your Booking Extranet calendar with those in CloudRooms. If you do not find any discrepancies, the issue is most likely on Booking.com’s side, as there can occasionally be problems with data transmission from the Extranet calendar to the frontend. In this case, please contact the Booking.com support directly and describe the issue.

If you do find a discrepancy between the Booking Extranet calendar and CloudRooms, please inform the CloudRooms support team and provide the affected period, the relevant room category, as well as the correct and incorrect prices.
