Setting the Status for Web Bookings

Why are web bookings shown as “requested” and not appearing in the to-do list?
How can I set web bookings to be automatically confirmed as “booked”?
How can I prevent overbookings caused by incorrect booking statuses?
This function is only available if the option „adavanced“ has been selected for functions under Settings/User interface.

Go to the Web Booking settings:

There you will find the option “New Booking / Status”. Here, you can define which status new bookings from the web booking should automatically receive.

If you want to review new bookings manually, we recommend selecting the status “new”. In this case, the booking will appear in your to-do list and can then be manually set to “booked”.

If no manual review is required, it is recommended to set the status directly to “booked”. This way, new bookings will be automatically confirmed.
