You can set the standard price (rack rate) for individual days directly in the booking calendar.
Important note: This function is only available if “Price category: overwrite daily rates” is activated under Settings/Booking, and if price categories have been defined under Settings/Price categories. Then open the “Booking” menu (booking calendar). Above the rooms, you will see the row “Price category”. Click on this row for the desired date. A selection will appear showing all available price categories as well as the option “(closed)”. To use the standard price for that day, select the “–” (minus) option. This will apply the default prices from Settings /Prices (column “Price (gross)”). Finally, click Save to apply your changes. | |
