Set a minimum stay

How does changing the minimum stay work?
Open the rate settings:
Settings/Rates

Activate the option “Minimum Length of Stay” (also commonly referred to as “MinLOS” in the industry).

If you change the minimum stay frequently, select “always show” or “visible”. Otherwise, if you only adjust it occasionally, choose “hidden”.

In the rate list, you will see the current setting in the “Minimum Length of Stay” column on the right. For all rates you want to manage manually, this should be set to “manual”.

Next, go to:
Prices

(If the minimum stay is hidden, click “show all functions”.)

You can define the minimum stay either per day or by period.

To set the minimum stay for a single day, select the desired date. To the right of the prices, you will find a dropdown field with options from 1 to 60 nights. Simply select the required minimum stay.

Alternatively, you can define the minimum stay for a specific period. In the “Period” column, select the dates (“from” and “to”). Optionally, you can also choose the weekdays the setting should apply to.

You then have two options:

Set the minimum stay for the entire property using the dropdown (1–60 nights) below the weekdays, or
Define the minimum stay per rate directly in the row next to the price.

Finally, click “Update period” to apply the changes.
