Is there a way to store multiple terms and conditions (AGBs) in the room management software and select them in the respective confirmation templates? | |
If you want to use different versions of your terms and conditions (AGB) for different languages, you can upload them in the text settings under Settings/Images & Texts.
At the top, you can select the desired language or switch between languages as needed. {Image:1.png} For any language without an uploaded file, the terms and conditions from Settings/General will be used automatically. Next, go to the template settings under Settings/Templates and make sure that in the relevant email templates, “Terms and Conditions” is selected under Attachments. Once this is set up, the emails will automatically include the terms and conditions in the selected language. | |
