How can I send a booking confirmation? | |
If you haven’t created a booking confirmation template yet, go to the template settings:
Settings/Templates By default, a template for booking confirmations is available, which you can customize for your property. Alternatively, you can create a new template. For a clear booking overview including arrival and departure, it is recommended to select a suitable option under “Info / Booking.” You can also create multiple booking confirmation templates, for example, for different room categories or languages. Once you have a suitable template, open the booking for which you want to send the confirmation (e.g., by clicking on the booking in the booking plan). In the opened booking, you will see several buttons above the customer column. Click the “E-Mail” button. You will automatically be taken to the lower section for sending emails. Select the desired template under “Template.” The email will be automatically generated with the relevant booking details. You can still edit or add content to the email if needed. When the email is ready, click “Send” at the bottom to send it. All sent emails are stored in the system. The email history is displayed as a list to the right of the “Send Email” section.
