If you have changed prices in the main menu “Prices”, but they are not reflected in the web booking, the most likely reason is that the web booking is using internal prices as its price source.
There are two ways to resolve this: 1) Adjust internal prices: Go to Settings/Prices. Update your internal prices there – these will then be used in the web booking. or 2) Change the price source for web booking: Go to Settings/Web Booking. Change “Prices” from “Standard prices” to “Daily prices”. This will make the web booking use the prices from the table in the main menu “Prices”. Tip: In the web booking settings, you can also define a “Surcharge/discount for direct bookings” if you want to offer a better price on your website compared to other platforms. | |
