How does the interface work? | |
To connect CloudRooms with the Onity Encoder, the CloudRooms support team requires the following technical information from Onity:
Endpoint (URL) TCP port Encoder Once you have received this information from Onity Support, please provide it to us along with your request to set up the interface. Our support team will also need the contact details of your Onity representative to schedule an integration appointment. Please provide the relevant contact person and their details. Please note that a one-time setup fee of €100, as well as ongoing interface fees, will apply. | |
The Onity Encoder interface is limited to encoding room key cards using the Onity encoder. A button will appear within a booking, allowing the booking data to be sent to the encoder and the card to be programmed. | |
