Missing bookings in the tourism statistics

Some bookings are missing in the tourism statistics. What could be the reason?
Missing bookings in the tourism statistics usually occur because the bookings have not been checked in or checked out.

Only bookings with the status “checked in” or “checked out” are displayed in the statistics.

If you don’t want to check out bookings manually, you can enable automatic check-out:

Go to Settings/Booking.
Enable the option “Automatic check-out”.

Once this option is active, every night all bookings whose departure date has passed will be automatically set to “checked out”.
With this setting, all relevant bookings will appear correctly in the tourism statistics the following day.
