Insert an Image into a Template

How can I insert an image into a template?
This function is only available if the option „adavanced“ has been selected for functions under Settings/User interface.

Go to the folder for public files:
Planning/Public Files
Upload your image here. The image will appear in the file list, along with a link (URL) starting with “ https://”.

Copy the link to your clipboard (for example, right-click → “Copy” – wording may vary depending on your operating system).

Next, go to the templates:
Settings/Templates
Select the template where you want to insert the image. The template will show the sections “Text (Top)” and “Text (Bottom)”.

Click at the desired location in the section and then click the Insert Image icon.

A dialog titled “Insert Image” will appear with two fields: URL and Description.

Paste the previously copied link into the URL field (e.g., Ctrl+V on most systems). In the Description field, you can enter a short text that will be displayed by the email program if the image cannot be loaded.

Finally, click CONFIRM to insert the image into the template.
