If you are using the “Direct” mode under settings/email and have your own domain (i.e., your email address does not end with “@gmail.com”, “@outlook.com”, etc.), your messages may not be delivered to your guests.
In this case, please check whether an SPF record for our email server is configured with your email provider. If no SPF record exists yet, please create one and add the following IP address: 152.53.107.123 Afterwards, sending emails in Direct mode should work correctly. | |
