What do I need to do to delete the USB TSE at the customer’s site when the customer wants to switch to a Cloud TSE? | |
Please note, as soon as a Cash Register System system or a locking system is connected at the customer’s site, you must consult with Philipp before deleting the USB-TSE, as it may be that only Philipp can remove the TSE.
If no POS system or locking system is present, proceed as follows: Connect to the customer’s system via AnyDesk. Locate the folder on the customer’s drive containing the ZSCom.exe file and delete only this file. Next, remove the ZSCom shortcut from the startup folder. To do this, press Win + R or search for “Run” in the Windows search, then enter shell:startup. Finally, delete the TSE connection in the customer’s support area. | |
