Change room order in the booking plan

My rooms are not displayed in the correct order in the booking plan – “Room 10” appears immediately after “Room 1”.
We use custom names for our rooms and were accustomed to a specific order in the booking plan in our previous system. How can we restore this order?
My rooms are not sorted correctly in the booking plan – “Room 10” appears immediately after “Room 1”.
The order of rooms in the booking plan is alphabetical based on the abbreviation and, if no abbreviation is set, based on the room name.

If you want to keep the room name but change the order, you need to enter abbreviations for all rooms. Go to the room settings:

Settings/Rooms
Here you can choose how the rooms should be sorted in the booking plan, e.g., alphabetically, by room category, number of beds, or room groups.

For alphabetical sorting:
Enter an abbreviation for each room that will sort correctly alphabetically, e.g., “02” for “Room 2” or “Two.”
The rooms will then appear in the booking plan in the desired order.

Note:
In the booking plan, the abbreviation is shown on the left (e.g., “02”), but on invoices and all guest-facing documents, the room name (e.g., “Room 2” or “Two”) is still displayed.
